8th Arts Festival ~ Festive Feast(2010-11)
As a mark of end of the academic year 2010-11, our school
celebrated it with Students' Performance of vocal, instrumental and Dance Drama
in the presence of renowned chief guests and their parents. It was a splendid moment
to remember.

were well appreciated by Mrs.N.S.Jayalakshmi(a retired professor of Kalakshetra)
who examined the students' performance which took place on October 15th, 2011, Saturday

Performance at MIT campus
I am glad to inform that our Bharathanatyam students performed
bharathanatyam(Maargam) at MIT Natural Language Research Conference on December
18th arranged by ASEEMA Trust. I thank Aseema trust on this step.

On 29th Jan 2012, Thyagaraja Aradhanai was conducted at
our school premise.

The Vocal Recital Paper Presentation:
The final year students of vocal department manifested their
virtuosity in our campus in the name of Vocal Recital Paper Presentation which is
part of their curriculum. And it was an inspriring moment for their juniors and
a well demonstrated musical experience especially for vocal students. It was not
only a cheerful moment but also a more self evaluating experience for them. They
felt it as one of the valuable moments of their life. The panel members greeted
them with appreciation and gave review comments too.

Dakshinachitra Visit:
It was a delighting moment when we had our visit to Dakshinachitra,
Cross cultural living museum of art, architecture, lifestyles, crafts and performing
arts of South India. I am very glad that our students had an opportunity to performs arts
in such a place. And I cordially thank Smt.Devika for her kind support.
