Admissions
Admissions will be open for applied candidates from the month of June every year.Applications
will be issued from December each year.Filled in applications should reach our campus
on or before 30th April for admission in that year.Interviews will be conducted
for admitting the candidates in the requested course/courses by our selection committee.However,the
decision will be made final by the director of the institution.
For New joinees, the first one year is considered as probationary period.Students
who complete their probationary period must complete their entire course in any
discipline(bharathanatyam,vocal,instrumental - 7 years and Painting - 5 years) to
earn their "Part-Time Certificate" in their particular discipline.
Application forms for the Academic year(2012-13) will be issued from 4th,Dec,2011(Sunday).Applications
will be available at our office on all Saturdays(3PM to 6PM) and Sundays(8.30AM
to 12PM). Last date for submission of the filled-in application forms is 10th,Mar,2012(Saturday). Application
Fee:Rs.150. Interviews will be conducted for the applied candidates.For further information contact our office.
Vijayadasami Admission
Admission is also open during Vijayadasami(October month).This admission is considered
as Pre-Academic year for the candidate(From Vijayadasami till February next year).Thereafter
his/her first year commences from June of that year as like regular candidates'.
Very limited number of students are admitted during this period.
Admission Constraints
• Institution is keen in limited admission to keep up Institutional Standards.
• For Bharathanatyam and Vocal, 12 to 15 students per batch are allocated.
• For Painting, 6 to 8 students per batch.
• For Instruments(Veena,Violin,Mirudhangam & Flute), it is 5 to 7 students per
batch.
